FAQ's
Q: What exactly does your service offer?
A: We are a Restaurant Delivery Service. We deliver for several area restaurants who have contracted with us to do so. Basically, you call or place an order online and we pick up your food and bring it to you! No need to fight traffic or leave your home. We bring the restaurant to you! We also have a couple other services that may be of interest. You can find these by browsing our site
Q: How long does a delivery take?
A: Delivery times vary depending on the day of week, the restaurants capabilities, and of course: traffic; however, we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible(usually between 35 to 45 minutes).
Q: How much does a delivery cost?
A: Currently we charge a $6 delivery fee per restaurant; however, we do offer local discounts on delivery fees and have other promotions coming soon.
Q: Should I tip the driver, and how much?
A: Just like in a restaurant, our drivers incomes are primarily tips. They use their own vehicles, gas, and time, so we greatly encourage it. A 15% gratuity is standard, but you may tip as much as you would like even if using a credit card. All orders over $50 include a 10% gratuity.
Q: Will my food arrive hot?
A: yes! Our drivers leave the restaurants immediately upon receiving your order and place your food in carrying bags specifically designed for food delivery.
Q: Does the delivery driver check my food to make sure I receive the right food?
A: Unfortunately for health reasons our drivers cannot do that. We place our faith in the restaurants and haven't had a great deal of complaints. If, for whatever reason, you receive the wrong item or items are missing, please call us within 30 minutes of receiving the order and we will do our best to fix it. If there are "quality" issues with your food please contact the restaurant directly. We cannot be held responsible for the quality of food you order.
Q: Do you deliver for restaurants not appearing in your menu-guides or website?
A: Sorry, we don't. We have have contracts with the restaurants we deliver for. If you would like to see a restaurant added to our list, tell the manager or owner about our service and have them contact us. However, we are always open to suggestions, so please let us know what would make you happy!
Q: What types of payments do you accept?
A: We accept Cash, Visa, Discover, American Express, Traveler's Checks and Business Checks(per basis).
Q: Do you have Gift Certificates?
A: Coming soon!
Q: Is there a minimum order amount?
A: Yes, the minimum is $10 for breakfast(8am to 11am), $15 for lunch(11am to 4pm) and $20 for dinner(4pm to Close).
Q: Can I order drinks?
A: Absolutely! Click on "Drinks" in the left column to order.
Q: Can I use restaurant coupons?
A: No. We are not set up to do so. However, we are capable of providing our own coupons and we will be. Be sure to check our website for any promotions we may have.
Q: Can I cancel an order once it has been placed?
A: Sorry, but no. As soon as your order is completed it is immediately sent to the restaurant and made.
Your Privacy
We respect your personal privacy and the sensitivity of your information, therefore; we will not disclose said information received in the course of our business transactions, to any third parties. Likewise, we will never sell or distribute your private information to an outside third party. Our employees and contractors may have access to your personal information, but all are required to keep it confidential and to use it only as necessary to perform their responsibilities.
